What do Vacation Rental Seekers Want from a Vacation Rental Property?

Wants and needs are important to vacation rental seekers and should be reviewed frequently by the owners to ensure they are providing adequate services. This question may be answered differently among regions, states, and countries so please be as specific as possible when you post.
